YOUR LEGACY OFFICE SERVICES
01. HELP DESK
The Administrative Help Desk is designed to answer charitable gift and administration questions, work with donors’ allied professional advisors, and assist each organization in implementing their program
02. ACTIVITY & GIFT REPORT
Your organization will receive department activity, donor activity and gift reports that track program progress.
03. DONOR HELP DESK
The Donor Help Desk is designed to answer donor’s Legacy giving or charitable financial planning questions and prepare gift proposals for the donor’s benefit.
04. ADMINISTRATIVE MEETINGS
TAG will conduct program administration & marketing meetings with your organization to manage the program and keep it on track!
05. PROGRAM GANTT CHARTS
A master program gantt chart will be developed to coordinate the Legacy Giving activities for your organization.
06. LEGACY DONOR PRESENTATIONS
Legacy giving presentations will be conducted each program year. Donors are invited to attend to receive educational information and learn about unique giving strategies that can impact your organization and their family!
07. LEGACY GIFT ILLUSTRATIONS
TAG will prepare unlimited gift proposals (Charitable Gift Annuities, Charitable Lead Trusts, Bequests, etc.) for organizations’ donors.
08. CONTINUING EDUCATION
Education classes will be conducted for all organizations in order to equip development staff and or designees in identifying Legacy Giving opportunities and increasing knowledge of giving tools & techniques.
09. LEGACY DONOR APPOINTMENTS
Your Legacy Office (TAG) will conduct individual, confidential planning appointments with prospective organization donors.
10. LEGACY GIVING DONOR FOLLOW-UP
Your Legacy Office will assist each organization in creating and implementing a branded legacy society to maintain contact with donors who make Legacy gifts.
